By accessing or using the Bhavishya application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. This service is intended for the use of retiring employees, pensioners, Heads of Office (HOO), Pay & Accounts Office (PAO) and other pension related officials for the purpose of submitting and managing pension forms and sanctioning pension.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Sharing your login credentials with anyone is strictly prohibited. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breaches of security.
Be aware that while the Bhavishya technical team may occasionally need to ask for personal information to provide support or troubleshoot issues, they will never ask for your password or OTP.
Be aware of any other communication (Email/Mobile/Whatsapp etc.) that asks for your password, OTP, Aadhaar, pension slip, PPO copy or other sensitive personal information; such individuals may be attempting to defraud you or gain unauthorized access to your account.
Unauthorized use or misuse of this application may lead to suspension or termination of your account. The application is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India."
Privacy Policy
"Bhavishya application collects personal identification information necessary for the submission and processing of pension forms. This information includes, but is not limited to, your name, email address, and phone number. We use this information solely for the purpose of managing the pension sanction and payment process. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information and ensure that it is not shared with third parties, except where necessary for the processing of pension forms."
